Ugo and Brooks on a Sunday Afternoon

Brooks asked if he and I should write a book together. I answered, what about, Brooks? Brooks answered, ta vie quotidienne. A suivre...

I met Cecile and I got her number. Isn't that fantastic? (“Fantastic” should be read in an Arnold Schwarzenneger voice.) Well she's a McGill student and she didn't want to come to coffee cause she had to be somewhere else. Something tied to McGill. That was too bad. Oh well. I guess I'm gonna get a second try cause I got her number.

Today I... um I... I went to see Kinga at Expozine. I ran around a bit, bought a bookmark, and didn't see her. Who you ask? Well it's a very mysterious thing, cause I don't know who. And neither does she, I guess. It's an obsession problem of mine.

We (Brooks and I) went to the bathroom. I got out first because I was in such a rush to get out of the bathroom. Why you ask? Well, I'm not too sure, cause she's always in a rush. Not Cecile, but my obsession. So I guess I gotta stop thinking about this goddamn obsession of mine, start putting a little more importance on real people that I meet, like Cecile.

There was a nudey calendar which was rather interesting but too expensive. If I bought it, it probably wouldn't come with a bill. And I need the bill to get refunded. Where you ask? Well, at the place where I live because they carry a bunch of money for me. Why you ask? Cause I got a bit of a money-keeping problem. Like today I should only spend ten dollars and... let me check here (digs in pocket.) Well I only spent eight dollars so I guess I'm in the good now.

Then I went to cafe Olimpico. I went. I saw, and then after two coffees I left. Then I went to Brooks' house and wrote this blog post. I like that it took more than simple lines to give my take on the day.

Hanging out at Olympico....

Presently reading Book Thief. The Book Thief is a story about a young girl growing up in wartime Germany.  It's interesting to see a story with a German perspective on war.

Working out three days a week- working on my abs.  My once-a-week trainer Hugo is a man built of muscle, I don't think I will ever be as buff as him.
